Saved setups, comparison and printing
These tools sit in Advanced Mode, in the panel on the left of the 3D view. They work the same way in Artist Lighting.
Saved setups
There are five slots. Click an empty slot to drop the current setup into it, with a preview picture and the date. Click a filled slot to bring that setup back. The small buttons on a slot rename it, add a note or delete it.
The slots live in this browser, like the rest of your work in progress. For a setup you want to keep or open on another device, use Save Setup to the Archive, which can store a single setup or a whole comparison. See Saving and opening work.
Compare setups
Open comparison shows the filled slots next to each other as large previews, up to four at a time, which is the quickest way to choose between two lighting ideas. Print comparison turns the same thing into a print view.
Print and download
Print in the top bar prints the current view. On a dark background it offers a white background first, which reads better on paper and uses less ink. Setup View is the view made for this.
Download Current 3D View saves what you see now as a picture file. To show a setup to someone else, print it, download the view, or save it to the Archive and print from there.
